I wonder if it is the VG or PG that coats the windows to a haze in my car. I suspect it is the VG because it is so much thicker and plume producing, which makes me wonder about lungs are being coated and what effect that has. 100% VG sure clogs my coils..

I didn't even think about it messing with the coils. Is it leaving film on your windows? I haven't experienced that before.

My only complaint about 100% VG is acne. I vaped almost exclusively 100%VG for most of a year and had horrible acne, which has only just started clearing up since I started vaping juices with a little PG. (I don't think this is an "average" reaction to VG, I just have very sensitive skin that's prone to breakouts.)

Vapor, throat hit, and flavor were all great, though. Some of my 100% VG juices just needed to steep a little longer than those with VG & PG.

EDIT: I just saw the bit about the film and coils. I only have coil issues when I'm vaping VERY dark liquid (almost black). As for the film, my husband's windshield in his car has way more film than mine did (he's a smoker), but mine does sometimes get a little bit of a film on it.

I think you have to make a decision on what your preferred vape and vaping method is. Personally, I only shallow inhale... meaning just enough for a nose exhale whether I exhale that way or not. If I want a lot of TH doing that, then I vape a mainly PG juice. I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference between a 70/30 and a 50/50 in either flavor or plumes but I have noticed a big change in TH with 100% VG... its pretty much non-existent.

Yes.. I am always having to wipe down my windows.. it's a hazy, dry, powdery film that vaping in the car leaves.
It comes off quite easily, but accumulates pretty quickly.

So you seem to be satisfied with the amount of flavor you are getting? I am a vaper that loves more flavor than cloud. I like to enjoy the taste as well as the aroma it leaves in the air.

Thanks for your opinion! Vape On!

Yes I started out with 50/50 then tried 100% VG. The flavor was awesome. I didn't think it could be so great. I'm doing my own DIY e-liquid and have it at 30PG/70VG and next batch will be lower. Plan on going back to 100% VG.

For some reason I like the VG better then the PG. Some ppl do have problems with VG as stated above but I haven't had any problems.

I got some Boba's Bounty & Gorilla Juice from Alien Visions which are both 100% VG. I'm not sure what they do to give plenty of flavor & TH.

I haven't had many problems with it wicking or clogging the coils although I'm sure it wrecks the coil a little prematurely.
Those are my ADV's, only because they are OK & I'm on the endless search for a real ADV.
My other liquids are generally 50/50. I also vape some unflavored which is 25 pg/75 vg.
Try some samples of various mixes & see what you think.

Wally World sells 100% VG, so you could experiment with adding more VG. It will dilute the nic.

Good luck

I second or third the recommendation for Alien Visions juices. The owner, Ben is allergic to pg though he can tolerate it in 10/90.

If you like tons of flavor in your juices you'd be hard pressed to find a vendor who has more and that goes for those selling 100 percent pg and 100 percent vg alike.

If you like fruit flavors I highly recommend Hype (peach rings or peach schnappps) and Christys Cappucino. They're two of the best flavors Ive ever had and thats after 100s of juices.

I only do 100% VG. I got click happy when ordering once and got 100% PG. I didn't even notice until half-way through a 30mL bottle and I glanced at the label while I was refilling a tank. So for me, I can't say I'm sensitive to whatever differences there may be. But, I still stick with 100% VG for now. If it ain't broke don't fix it. :)

I've slowly moved to 100% VG as I've evolved in my vaping journey. In part because it produces more vapor, but also to avoid the problems of PG; PG can cause allergic reaction in humans, and is bad for cats (I have two kitties).

If you are not mixing your own, a great company for high quality 100% VG juice (with good flavor!) is Velvet Cloud Vapor. Try "Nightshift" - tastes like a glazed donut with a cup of coffee, but not so sweet as to be cloying. Great ADV.

Been vapin as close as I can get to 100% VG for a few years. PG makes my throat sore. Alien visions, heathers heavenly vapes, and copper creek here. Oh and Ikenvape RY4 Gold mmmmmm. VG does gunk up coils and doesn't wick as well as pg. but flavor doesn't seem to be an issue for me. nor have I ever noticed my windshield getting fouled. love me some VG

I love and almost insist on 100%vg. I have no reaction to pg I just find pg leaves a faint chemical taste I dislike. Vg may not carry flavor as well but if it's made correctly that's not an issue. Personally I'd rather have a "clean tasting vape". A great vendor I've not seen mentioned is virgin vapor. I'm more into making my own as of late. The only wicking problems I've had were a result of my own mistakes in mixing, I've had 0 wick issues from virgin vapors line. Vg blends often benefit more so from a little steeping, but with making my own it's super easy to tweak it if I'm not in the mood to wait.

Bottom line IMO: look into DIY vg liquids. It's easy if your decent with math. Ecf has tons of ideas and help and if you research first vs buying blind you can spend 100 (maybe less) and have enough supplies to make months worth of great juice. I haven't done the exact math but I believe a 30ml costs me under 2 dollars. Best of luck!
