Hey all! I thought about this recently because I'm a huge, huge car guy, I've done more installations and modifications to my 1974 Ford Bronco, and 96 toyota supra than I have fingers and toes. Hang on gotta show off my labor a little.
View attachment 320358 Here's my favorite daily driver, matted out with 36" tires and 6" lift, red oak steering wheel, roll cage, hand welded bumpers complete with winch and most importantly a 500hp ford lightning engine swap :2cool:, this girl is named hulga and was my first vehicle, she's 40 years running and she'll still beat the honda civics around town because I love engineering and fabricating for my vehicles.

View attachment 320362 And here's my glossy black (can you tell that's my color? :p) twin turbo, 40 psi, roller-cammed, dyno-tested at 413 horsepower, and carbon fiber'ed by me, 96 Toyota Supra. And Lola will DEFINITELY smoke a honda civic, at 0-60 in 3.4 seconds she could probably smoke alot of ferrari's. I'm proud of this one too, although I'm glad I bought it initially, I probably wouldn't have if I'd grown up a bit before purchasing .

So that's what lures me into vaping as a hobby, and why I like to change drip tips, toppers and mods like I do underwear, and throw in different fuel everynow and then :p

Catch mah drift? Is there any aspect about you that magnetizes you to vaping? Science, design, medical, engineering, art, flavor connoiseur etc. etc.

Thanks in advance ECFriends!

I started vaping to quit cigarettes. Once I decided to go with clearomizers and pick juices I knew I was in for a hard road with all the options out there. I started reviewing everything I could about DIY'ing my own juices. I have a pretty solid background in biology, microbiology, chemistry, and science/medical science so dealing with syringes and drops/ml didn't phase me. I took to it like a duck to water. I just today built 3 working coils right outta the gate! I couldn't believe it! That's how good this forum is, and youtube, :). It was too easy and that kinda scared me, but hey they worked like a champ. I've done some fiddling around with cars cuz' I couldn't afford the "labor" so my dad taught me how to do that although I'm a girl. I'm glad he did! Makes ya pretty fearless the more you do things like that. I'll change out electrical sockets as well, whatever needs done within my grasp or scope. If it's too much I will hire someone. But with a bit of research it's not that hard to figure out how to fix most things these days. I love what you've done with you auto's, they are amazing! Happy Vaping to you and hope to see ya around :vapor:

Nice supra! I've always modified my cars. Here's my current one. 2006 Lotus Elise.

That's me at Road Atlanta in my avatar. I gave up my 2006 533 rwhp mustang cobra and 400 hp 89 kenne bell blown mustang for this car with 189bhp but this thing is way more fun to drive! I think there is a correlation in liking to modify vehicles with liking to modify your vape. Both are expensive hobbies too lol.

Nice rides, the tinkering got liking vaping even more. Engineer by trade and fix machines for a living.

Thank you sir, it's an unhealthy obsession but I love it :p. I guess the bright side is I have everything I want done to them now, I just have to keep them from being broken and keep'em clean. To be honest like you I like the engineering aspect of it more than anything, so i tend to mostly use my bronco because I live it rugged Alaska, and lifting/transmission work is more fun than changing tiny brakes/tuning computers for the smaller engine. Plus my supra could be eaten by some of the deep potholes we have up here haha, I may be selling her soon to someone else who wants to die early :p, I'm more of an off-road guy than a "street-racer" anyway lol.

*whistles* whew that's sexy brother, 189bhp is niiice for a car that weighs less than 1 ton! You must be psychic because that's literally my favorite supercar! (I would like to get a mclaren p1 (or any mclaren) more than anything but I know that won't happen unless I start a global business :p) We have very similar tastes my friend, I love American muscle and almost more than most supercars because they don't make you sit on it for a car, but the elise is an exception to me, it's engineering perfection, and oh-so-good looking. I went to a supercar show in virginia, and saw everything in action from a bugatti veryron, to a 66 ford cobra, and the lotus elise made me cream my jeans lol.

-Check out this guy Frank Profera, one day I'm going to come to this man with an Elise and sell my house to get this done to it (with a few changes). THIS Elise is the number one car in the world to me:
