What batteries can I use in rx2/3?

Yes VTC5A is fine. Make sure to never separate the two batteries, if you decide to use three batteries buy a set of three (from a trusted source) and use them together. Mooch's blog on here has a spread sheet with all the trusted cells fr vaping.
i like to mark married sets if they are not unique to any others i might have, like A,B,C or 1, 2, 3... you need to rotate their placement periodically.

Think about that: You have a mod...that works with 2 or 3 batteries...
You need at least one pair...for 2-batteries-mode...and 3 marriaged (or somewhat).

I am using 3xVTC6 in mine, according to the tests it can handle 30A without issue.
Vaping at 80-100W,dual clapton @0.16ohm, mostly puffs 3-5secs 5-10 times in 2 minutes and than leaving it to rest for another 5-10 minutes, never felt any heat from the batteries, only from the atty. Using it this way for 2 weeks
