What battery and charger?

What battery and charger would work best for the Bolt? My brother wants to get into vaping and wants the bolt. He plans on going with the 1.5 dual coil (tank). He does not want to get the extender at this time as he wants to keep the initial cost down. I have no idea as I Vap at 6v and ordered one with the extender so I could continue to use the batteries I have. Thank you all for your help!
