I'm not experienced with the M11, nor have I ever heard of it to be honest. Somewhere on the product page it should say which type of battery it takes--18350, 18500, 18650, flat-top, nipple top, both, etc. You should always go with an IMR safer chemistry battery though.

it uses 14500 batts I've never had a 14 mech but I think you should get aw 14500's that is the most trusted brand
AW IMR 14500 3.7 V 600mAh - RTD vapor

This is the link to the M11 page info. I've been reading reviews, and some discussions, and some people are saying protected batteries don't fit.

Also is says "MAXIMUM SUPPORTED BATTERY LENGTH: 50 mm" and
"Can be powered by 1*14500 battery (batteries sold separately)
Please note: This mod is NOT suitable for use with 14500 button top battery."

So I'm confused :s

Not to be snooty, but if you are going to advance up to a mod that can use replaceable rechargeable batteries, why not get a better mod than a glorified eGo battery? I mean, $6 for a mechanical mod? Dude, you can do better than this.

To be honest, I'm not at all interested in getting a Mod yet. It's just that I wanted a battery that had a bottom button, so i can use it with the u-stand. the M11 seems like the cheapest and still somewhat like an ego battery. But yeah, no real mods yet, I don't want to dive in too deep too quickly or else i'll lose interest.
