what box mod for under $100

I'm considering getting away from mechanical mods, mainly because I have to build a .3 to get around 50 watts but by the time my battery is low I'm vaping at 30-35 watts and i don't like it that low.

I havent been following box mods because they come out all the time. Im looking for suggestions on what to get that meets this criteria

Charge port
At least 50 watts
Good quality
Would like it to hold two 18650 batteries but i can live with it only housing 1

I know a lot of you here have box mods and would appreciate any input, I'll be using it with a dark horse rda only

I don't have one, nor do I use these particular clones, but they are there... you asked I answered Hopefully more people will post with some meaningful feedback.

Usually with regulated mods you build a bit higher to make better use of the variable wattage feature. putting a build on that requires 50w to run really limits your options when you can get the same result from a bit higher coil at a lower wattage. Do what you feel, that just my 2c, not judging

+1 on the Sigelei 100W, they also have a 150W, there's also the IPV3 150W and the Cloupor T8 150W. All are under $100 and they should run dual 18650's and my least favorite would be the Cloupor T8 but that's just personal preference as I'm not a huge fan of Cloupor chipsets.

I use the same rule as when buying pro audio equipment; buy twice the power that I intend to use on a regular basis. Headroom always comes in handy.

That dude has been all over ECF pushing the DNA 40... rather obnoxiously.. I love my Reo, but I didn't recommend it because IT DIDNT FIT THE CRITERIA!! lol
There isn't one mod that suits EVERYONES tape style... hence all the variety in the market.

Are you good with soldering?? You can pick up a Yihi SX350 and a ready to go diy box kit for just a hair over $100 from Varitube.. 60w Yihi chip, that will be software upgradable (I think the 350 started as 30w), all you gotta do is put it together..

I haven't used them personally, but there is always the Smok Xpro BT50 or Smok Xpro M50. They use a single 18650 however and use screws on the battery doors.
