For the most part normal center post 24ga. Thrown twisted parallels at it, 3 x 26ga parallels at it, nanos... It seems to do good all around. One thing I don't like though is the negative post air holes IMO they should be higher than the wells rim. Thicker juice seems to be okay, but thinner seems to leak. May be because of the way it sets screwed onto the box I've got it on ( how I tilt it too ), but I find myself closing those ones a lot.

when i had my plume veil on my pegasus i like a dual 24 gauge gplat at .3. but after i got my ipv2 ive been switching between a .8-1.0 ohm macro coil with 24 gauge gplat and a 26 gauge kanthal dual at 1.2-1.4. i would say my preferred is the dual coil at 1.4 ohms at 50 watts of course. matter fact thats probably my favorite vape setup period

i have some plumeveils on the way & i've been thinking about the post holes in advance incase they leak on me, surely if you packed cotton into them it would stop leaking if its a problem, cotton doesnt wick to good if you pack it to tight into a coil.

or put your coils next to your negative posts instead of in the middle of the deck either side of the +post then the post holes will be shut off.

I just close off those pointless bottom holes via the outer barrel. You just need to build a "slightly off center" build. ( i think that's what you were mentioning?) The thing leaked like a mother f'er! Really a neat idea that was poorly implemented.

I do that as well. I feel if they actually traveled up higher off the deck, it would be more functional. I like to over-juice and let it sit in the deck so I don't have to drip as often, and those air holes really stifle my laziness.
