I have some kinda crappy vanilla and coconut gas station juice... alone its not great... added a few drops of both to a really harsh fuzzy navel juice... it was pretty magical... think orange dreamcicle but with peach, and a tropical pina colada type twist. I am out on an oil rig and was using it as my ADV until I ran out.

Been wondering same for a variety of different flavors..coconut, coffee, caramel...nuthin much I won't throw cream in!!!
FlavourArt offers Fresh Cream, or you could also try their Marshmallow flavor for something a little different.
There is also Bavarian Cream flavor made by TFA and Lorann's.
