First of all, why do you want to vape? Are you a smoker hoping to quit? Answering those questions will determine whether you need nicotine in your e-liquid or not.

The bottled e-liquid you have (like the RY4 12mg) in the bottle appears to be ready to vape now. The other stuff I'm not sure of because I don't recognize it.

For e-liquid, the typical nicotine recommendations are generally determined by how much you smoked, and are as follows:

1/2 pack per day or less = 6 mg nicotine
1 ppd = 12 mg
1 1/2 ppd = 18 mg
2 ppd = 24 mg

Should you choose to use a sub-ohm juice attachment (coil less than 1.0 ohm); drop the above recommendations by half.

Figure on consuming at least 3 - 5 ml of liquid daily. Bottles are usually 10 or 30 ml volume.
______

E-liquid generally has concentrated liquid nicotine, propylene glycol (Pg), vegetable glycerin (Vg) and flavoring extracts.

PG and VG are usually used together in different ratios in e-liquid. For example, a 50/50 PG/VG ratio is common. Some juice vendors offer a range of different ratios depending upon customer preference.

PG = Propylene Glycol - the "flavor carrier" of e-liquid. A secondary source of "throat hit", but not as strong as the nicotine concentration. Some people have a sensitivity or even an allergy to PG. It's very thin in consistancy.

VG = Vegetable Glycerin - the "vapor maker" of e-liquid. Used as a sweeter in many food sources, and also as a skin emollient. It's very thick in consistancy. Some vapers use 100% vg, with or without flavors, and with or without nicotine.

Sweeter (sugary) or darker flavors tend to clog coils and wicks faster. E-liquids heavy with Vg are thicker in viscosity and may not wick as well as thinner e-liquids in some tanks.

More questions: What type of vape setup did you buy from your friend? What batteries are you using? Does the battery device have a chip to allow you to change the wattage setting? What type of tank or topper did it come with?

Welcome and glad you joined.
Concerning the liquid products shown, you appear to have are flavoring(s) and e liquid(s). I would not recommend vaping any of the liquids you obtained from an unknown acquaintance. If you do know the seller, might have the seller explain how to vape them.
Vaping is not like smoking:
“All good things require effort. That which is worth having will cost part of your physical being, your intellectual power and your soul power. Let us ever keep in mind that life is largely what we make it.”― David O. McKay

@Jack918 Heey welcome to the friendly bunch....:)

Just a word of caution...the liquids you have may not be very nice (they look on the old side to me) but you'll have to try them to know...''there's no such thing as a free lunch'' :)

Liquids do keep well but not for ever.

Every liquid is a mixture of vegetable glycerin (VG), polypropylene glycol (PG), flavouring and sometimes nicotine. The most popular ratio of VG to PG is 70/30

The only bottle you have that isn't vape ready will need to be added to VG, PG and nicotine in the correct ratios. This is basically DIY so you should probably forget that at the moment as you learn and get used to vaping in general.

Most people don't diy and just buy there liquids ready mixed from a vape supplier (Like the other bottles you have) and the only thing to adjust is the nicotine level to suit you. I suggest that you at least get yourself 1 10ml bottle of a liquid that you like the look of as I wouldn't want you to be put of vaping because of those old looking liquids you have been given :)

Good luck and if you need to know anything lots of help here :)
