probably food coloring duh lol. but i'm more curious as to why it seems to change with each bottle i get.

my first bottle of cheesecake was clear as water, got one today and it's orange. got 2 bottles of fried apple, one was yellow, the other was clear.

i'm not irritated or anything, i'm just wondering why it varies so much.

Probably due to aging. I DIY....a lot. Certain flavorings mature differently. Example; my French Vanillas start out almost clear. After about a week they turn a medium to dark amber. After a month, like a fresh poured Guinness (and quite smooth).

Raspberry, same thing. All my ingredients are clear. After about a week Raspberry turns a golden amber color (and ramps up in flavor...gotta be careful with this flavor).
