I will say this to you, as a smoker of 25 yrs.... just quit now while you still can.... please. At one cig a day it would be so easy. I am not preaching trust me... more like begging!! Lord how I wish I never started... the e-cig is not for you, you'll only become more heavily addicted. This is only my opinion and yea I know I'm new and it means squat but truly, just quit that one a day and never look back if you're able

But I'm thinking if I switch to E-cigarettes I can keep the buzz with no bad health risks.

you won't get a cig buzz with these.........trust me. When u get enough nic to feel anything, you get sick(nausea)

I have spent about $3000 dollars a year for the last 20 years, all because of my first cigarette and that lovely buzz you're discussing

I wouldn't go that far. There's a difference between "reduced risk" and "no bad health risks." There's still risk involved with PVs. We just don't know how much yet. We know it's less than traditional smoking, but it's not a 0 risk situation.

So with E-cigs you don't even feel the nicotine?? Then what's the point of them??

Seems like these weren't the awesome alternative I was looking for :(
The point of these would be to cure a lifelong addiction to the worst, most pointless habit you could ever dream of. They are not toys, they are not fun and more than 99% of us wish we had never seen a cigarette. Right now you have a great opportunity to stop, believe me pretty soon you'll be smoking more and more and more and guess what. No buzz from cigs any more either.

But if I switch to E-cigs and get addicted, whats the problem?

its the addiction... we do it I think because we are hoping this vaping is not as bad for us as smoking but we're not even really sure what the risks are with it.... we are feeding the addiction without having the nagging cough and gross smell of smoking IMO... and hoping as I said that it isn't gonna kill us like smoking probably will

Why does nobody want to answer the simple question? What do E-cigarettes FEEL like? Whats the buzz like?
I've answered it twice, first sign is more like nausea(and not the good buzz kind)

I would also recommend reading these "I have been smokefree for" sigs.

look at my 1891 cigarettes in 43 days.(and that's actually a lenient #)
I started just like you
