What do I need to do?

I ordered the Titan with a few accessories. I got my order promptly, however they had sent out the mini instead of the Titan. First I went on "chat" on the website. I was told by Eric to call in the morning and he would take care of it. I called the next morning, and he assured me that he would get the package right out to me, and asked me to send back the mini, he would send me some atomizers to cover the cost of sending the mini back. Fair enough. I bundled it up and sent it back and was overall still happy with my TW experience. They made an error, but were making it right. I ordered 2 more titans and other accessories for my brother in laws who I was planning on seeing this 3 day weekend. After a week, I had the two titans I ordered, but still not the original one. (I actually opened and have been using one of the ones I purchased for my brother in laws, thinking I would get the replacement to give to them) I emailed TW about this, and explained what had happened, and that I was seeing them this weekend and really needed to get the replacement. I also got on chat again, and again got Eric who apologized and assured me that if I called in the Morning he would fix it for me. I called the next morning and spoke with him and he assured me he would get it out that day. When I finally heard back via email, I told them that Eric had promised to take care of it and again said that I really needed it by this weekend. Well, the weekend approached, and still nothing. Friday, I went into Chat on the website to try and find out if it had at least been shipped, I got someone in the UK who was very apologetic. She called the US and also emailed them (with a copy to me) asking them to please contact me to straighten this out. To date, I have not received an email back from them even acknowledging the email from their UK counterpart.

What the hell? I have placed 3 total orders with them, prepared to be a loyal customer and this is the treatment I get? What do I need to do to get my titan?

Sorry, but I am really disappointed. I only see my brother in laws every few months and was really looking forward to surprising them. I guess I am naive, but when someone tells you TWICE that they are sending it right out, I expect them to send it right out. Dummy me!

How do you explain that one to your brother... uuu this one is yours but you can't have it cause I am using it... From experience you will need to get more than one unit to get by anyway. If you are serious about your vaping go with one of these mods. The Screwdriver is a great device for long term usage. The batteries last a long time (8 hours) and all you have to buy is atomizers after that. You can rack up many dollars buying the little guys. I wish I would have just got the good one to start with and saved myself a lot of money. And aggravation.

Well, I didn't tell him I was smoking his lol! I told him that they had sent the wrong starter kit for one of them and that I was still waiting to get the replacement. I actually had enough extra mega batteries and attys, so I could have made a kit for him, but no charger. Believe me, I am stocking up. I never want to be left empty handed. I have a passthrough too, although I don't really care for it much. Keeping it "in case of emergency lol) I am happy with the 510, and have purchased the new protege from puresmoker for more power vaping at home. The 510 with mega battery is perfect for out and about.

I really like TW's camel liquid. If I ever actually receive the starter kit they owe me I just may order more.

I don't think that you will touch those mega batteries when you get that Protege. It will last you many hours longer than those little ones. You are talking about 280mAh for the titan mega and something like 900mAh for the Protege... You can leave the house with one instead of three. That's what I like the most. I am not worrying every night if I charged all the batteries for the next day. The mod will last you most of the day. If not all day. Sounds like you are off to a good start. Keep doing your homework and happy vapin...
