What does this mean?

I just started an intro thread in the Colorado Group: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/group.php?do=discuss&group=&discussionid=577

It says it's moderated. I've not seen that before. How did that happen?

It means that the social group owner has it set to where all social group discussions must be approved by him/her before they are shown.

Don't worry about it. I have that feeling myself quite often, but only during the times I'm awake.

Well, I've been nosing around for where the control levers are for the social group. Not finding where the CP is, if it exists, for where I can make changes to the way it's set up. Also, it'd be nice to get some sort of idea of what is supposed to be the distinction between a "discussion" and a forum thread. Now that there's a decent population of members, I should go ahead and click that "create forum" link. But I'd still like to see some FAQ or help file for group moderators.

ETA: I mean, there is the "edit group" link, but there isn't much to do there.

PPS: Also, of the 3 discussion threads not started by me, that's the only one which required my approval.
