That's a fun question - I'd go with something nutty, like KBV's pecan pie, or their chocolate cake, which I don't find too sweet. Or maybe one of Copper Creek's really clear, un-candy fruits - the pear might actually be good, tho maybe more with a white wine... A good RY4 should go with anything.
I noticed the other day that I really like KBV pineapple upside down cake (a favorite in any case) with Thai Curry - somehow it does the same thing that chutney does...
