what e-liquid do you recommend?

i want to try refilling my mistic e-cig cartridges instead of throwing em away. what's a good e-liquid to get that's kinda cheap? i want a good flavor that already has like 18-24mg of nicotine in it (if that makes sense). is ecblendflavors.com a good site?

Changes are that the e-liquid is probably a chinese/dekang eliquid.

Several vendors carry dekang e-liquid and it's fairly inexpensive.

Rocky Mountain Vapor carries it and they give a pretty good explanation of what the flavors are like
