What Ego Type do I have?

Haven't been a member of ECF for very long. Lot's of nice people and good information. I'm hoping you may be able to help me figure out what Ego type I have. The kit comes with 2 manual 700mah batteries. They are available in black, white and stainless. Come with 2 attys, 5 filled cartridges in USA Mix, Menthol, or Vanilla. Also, usb fast charger, a/c adapter and 1 cone.

I've seen so many of them mentioned, just curious as to which clone I have. Thanks for any help you can give.

If they are 750 batteries it is probably a Riva but I haven't seen any white ones. Where did you buy it?

I bought them from Smoking-Right. They are 700mah, not 750mah. Have a clear button with orange led. Bought a white set for the wife and a black set for me. Price was really good at $37.95.

The box it came in has a shield with eGo, NO TOBACCO LIFE on it. Under the shield is printed "HEALTH | SECURITY | NO POLLUTION | VOGUE". Anybody have any clues?

It is a clone. The information on the site is very mis-leading. That being said if it functions properly that is all that matters. The eGo and re-branded eGos e.g the Tornado are manufactured by JoyE. Easily discernible as the "true" JoyE products have a smoky clear button that lights up white.

There are a myriad of EGo type batteries around. You got a good deal and if they work well you're good.
EGo's come in several mah versions but I'm not aware of a 700mah.
I can't find "Smoking-Right". If you post a link to the site someone may be able to offer more info.

Thanks txtumbleweed. I was just wondering if I had a specific clone like a Riva for example, although I know it's not that. It does however vape at 3.7 under load on a newly charged battery. I guess that's a definite improvement over the original EGO.

It certainly looks like and Ego. Perhaps it's actually a 650mah and they advertise it as 700mah?

That could be. I did check it with a CE2 on it after full charge and holding the button until it started flashing a few times and it was reading 3.7 volts. I don't think the Ego's check that high under load.
