What Exactly is Floating Around in my Tank?

Today I went to pick up some juice; the guy at the shop recommended this California Kingpin e-liquid which he said was peach and pineapple; I sniffed it and liked it so I ended up going with it.

I filled my tank and began chucking some sweet clouds but noticed that in addition to the peach and pineapple there was a very distinctive third flavor: [edited]. Now I've always been a take it or leave it kind of guy about ........, but I am so far enjoying the flavor because it isn't at all harsh and the sweetness offsets it.

The one thing I noticed though is that unlike the other liquids I've tried, this one has little particles of some mystery herbal material floating around in it. I assume whatever this is gives it the [edited] flavor. Presumably it is some kind of legal sprinkle of ........ with no ..., or just some unrelated plant that gives it the ........ taste. Does anyone know?

That aside, I'm just kind of worried those little floaters are going to clog up my (Aspire Nautilus) clearo. Would rinsing it with water between changing flavors be sufficient to keep the tank clean? What are your guys' experience with liquids that have solid ingredients inside?

None whatsoever. I wouldn't touch a juice that had solid particulate matter floating around in it.

It doesn't matter if it's a reputable shop or not, especially since you're having a hard time googling it. Vaporizers aren't built to convert solid matter directly into a gas (sublimate), so it's more than likely burning it. God only knows what it could be and what kind of harm it could do.

Err on the side of caution with that stuff. Personally, I wouldn't touch it.

Any e-liquid should be completely free of floaters I think. I'd bring it back and ask 'em.

So can a mod/admin clarify, for future reference, would it be okay for me to discuss these sorts of flavors if I just said "herbal flavor" or something? Or do we have to pretend they don't exist?

The term liquid means it should be liquid - not liquid with solid particles.
I would take it back to the shop for a refund along with asking them what that stuff is.

It's not a topic for discussion. Period. We don't even allow our suppliers to carry those items if they wish to remain an ECF registered supplier.

Well I'm going to take the advice given and not vape it. It's not all that great anyway, picked up some banana toffee that's nice and clear.

Just what I would do if I really liked the juice.
I would also ask the the store ...?

I would consider any particulate matter floating around in the juice to be some type of contamination and not vape it. I would however return it to where I purchased it and either get a refund or another bottle of something else regardless of what it tastes like.
