My Brewing Buddy only has Cascade in pellets... I may have to order some whole leaf to try different extractions. He also has 1oz Willamette pellets too that I can have. Very "Earthy" hop.

I say hold up on the malts. The pines & citrus/spice should do it when you mix in that perfect tobacco. And now that you mentioned the citrus/spice i'm having dreams of Celebration Ale.
