What Flavor is it?!?!?!?

I'm going plum crazy! I'm doing Diy juice mixing. It started trying to make my own JC Tennessee Cured/Domestic!

Im im looking for a flavor that must be near impossible to describe but I will try:

seems dark, smokey, maybe even burnt.. Coffee or nut family taste but I'm almost positive it's stemming from tobacco!

In my opinion it's the best part of Johnson Creek! I've spent a small fortune trying flavors! I can't find this! It's like it tastes near what coffee flavors smell like.. But coffee flavors taste almost grassy! Ugh what is it you guys???? I've got an amazing copycat on Tennessee cured but it's just missing that certain something!

It's not hickory, red oak, oak wood... Lol while I like those it's not those! I think the flavor is riding the coattails of a tobacco... But which one?

any flavor experts out there.. HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!

I have tried hazelnut.. It's more of a burnt taste but burned in a good way! Like roasted/toasted/carmelized lol!

I do think there is a hint of hazelnut in Jc's stuff but I think it is the taste of acetyl pyrazine (1drop per like 50ml)

I believe I've searched ECF over for anything to do with Tennessee cured.. Lol I've researched the whole Internet to the point I feel like a creepy stalker! I've found about 10 different recipes... Maybe more. I've been vaping jc exclusively for near a year now! I feel about it about as strongly as I did my Marlboro lights lol! You have no idea how close I am!!! I feel I need the Gordon Ramsey of vaping to just tell me what that taste is!!! Lol. Every review you see is almost certain to have "and something else.." as part of the description. Somebody somewhere knows! Lol... I'm not trying to make a buck.. I'm trying to save some.

I cannot question the ECF forum posters because I'm a new member. It took me months to read and look over this forum. But most posts are on the old blends of Jc... Ugh. Have you ever been frustrated and hit a wall? Every wall I've hit in vaping has been solved by some very simple answer... Ya just got to dig for the answer sometimes!

Shovel in hand!!! Lol. Maybe I should offer a reward!?!?!??!

@ Darma Have you tried LorAnn's Black Walnut? Keoke Coffee? Both have a "burned" tone to them.
The smoky note you are looking for could be Guaiacol. A great smoky note at 1%.

Awesome! I have tried the keoke! The way it smells is almost the perfect description of what I'm looking for except it smells a bit like liquor to me... But? Vaping it doesn't seem to taste like it smells!

I just got walnut from flavourart but was a tinge fruity. It may just need to steep? However, I'm totally on my way right now to order the one you suggested along with guaiacol which I've not seen or ever heard of! Thank you! When you have exhausted all of your avenues you'll take about any path to get ya there lol! I'll let ya know how that goes!!
