I would like to thank TW for doing a great job!!! They have always provided me and everyone I have recommended with excellent service. I've had the pleasure of speaking to Amanda on the phone, not only having a nice British accent she was very helpful. TW has a product line second to none, and 99% of the items are there and ready to ship. Every order I have made have shipped that day or the next. They run TW and not the USPS, but I get 2-3 day service here in NC. What more could one ask for. To the TW staff in Florida and Jason, I say Thank You!!

I didn't know TW in US had issues, but I didn't have any problems with them. I ordered a tornado and some extra batteries on 1/20 and just got them in the mail today (1/22).

Tornado is awsome . Bought it as a replacement for my mini901's, also have M401 and M201's and it beats all of them hands down.....

Just wanted to share my good experience with this company.....

I ordered the tornado and my total time from clicking the purchase confirmation to it sitting in my mailbox was 3 days.

Great Job TW, now if you can just match other sites free shipping after you hit a certain dollar amount you will probably end up being my go to guys for all my hardware needs.

i ordered my tornado on tuesday 2/2...im hoping to have it before the weekend as i have all my packages sent to my job and we are closed on the weekends.
