5bucks, yes, as I posted somewhere else,
reviews are currently suspended. We're doing some massive overhauls behind the scenes some of which you'll notice (like our all new customer service platform and now newly added chat feature) and some of which are just to help us run better (like transitioning to a nearly paperless system across the board). I thought we'd only have a brief down time but each new improvement is leading to more and, at this point, we may be switching to an entirely new back end altogether.
We are also addressing the fact that frequently customers leave
reviews that mention using our products to quit smoking. While they may be used that way, we are not allowed to say that without stepping on regulatory toes. So we need to change our
reviews system altogether and go through each one to remove all such references which is quite a task unto itself. Since we're undergoing so many other IT switch overs right now (and since I'm just about to have a baby!) I've decided to wait until I know if we'll be keeping our current review system before investing more time in this project.
I hope to have reviews back up live again soon but I also know the other changes we are making right now are incredibly valuable to our customers and worth the trade off. Were doing our best to minimize the dust at the front end of the website while we work through our IT upgrades behind the scenes. Thank you for your patience!
