I remembered clipping an old Ann Landers column from November 13,1996 and has been in an old wallet all theses years. I found it a couple of nights ago and I'm excited about the positive things that are going to start happening now.....

You might think it’s too late to STOP smoking, but here is some good news. As soon as you snuff out that last cigarette, your body will begin a series of physiological changes:
