Does anyone know what has happened to Naturally-Extracted tobacco? For those of us who had orders in January, we received a nice note from them that "due to an illness in the family" they would be delayed getting shipments out to us and we could either ask for a refund or take 20% off our next order.

Since I like their tobaccos more than any other, it was a simple decision - wait for the order and get the 20% off on the next order. The problem is, I put in an order last week and there is no indication anything is happening. My credit card got charged. I've sent them 3 emails and they are not responding.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi there...I'm in the same boat. Ordered from them earlier this month, and haven't heard a peep. The fine folks over at this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ussion/519685-natural-tobaccos-part-deux.html have been keeping an eye on the situation, and it looks like some who had placed orders in February are now receiving their shipments. Word seems to be "be patient, they're doing the best they can and will be back on track soon." I'm truly hoping this is the case.

Also in the same boat. I placed my order 03/04/14 and my credit card was charged. I have sent multiple emails and received NO communication since my order confirmation. It's been almost a month and no communication. Ridiculous. All i want is one email. I saw a thread here a while back regarding NET but can't find it again. Of course they don't list a phone number on the website either! Does ANYONE know whether there's going to be resolution here? This is just TERRIBLE business practice. I understand the illness in the family, but SEND AN EMAIL!!!

A simple email stating when your shipment will be sent is an absolute must. I can understand some illness but send a mass email to anyone who ordered after that certain date explaing what's going on. As people have stated they have been charged but no product or communication is present. Not good buisness practice and they may lose alot of revenue for it.

Agreed. If you're going to go into an internet-based business you NEED to have IT support - someone to take care of incidentals like this for you. You have an issue and can't maintain your server? You call IT!! You can't call IT because you're incapacitated? You have SOMEONE ELSE CALL!! You DO NOT leave your automated credit card system running when you are not otherwise maintaining your business! That amounts to THEFT and is NOT acceptable. Will someone who KNOWS what is going on please reply to this thread with something substantial???

The folks at NET are really nice, so something bad must have happened. I agree that either a web site message, or message in the order, or a auto-reply would have been the right approach. But we don't know what circumstances they are under, so I'm not going to judge that. I only posted to see if anyone knows what is going on and if anyone ordered recently and received their order (they have).

pretty hard to send an Email when in a hospital....

i'm sorry to hear about the death too. it's not hard to send out a mass email though. it's just bad business. that's all im trying to say.

addendum - regardless of how good the juice is, if this is how the business is run, i do not want to be dependant on a company that can't run itself in crisis. dependability is just as important as quality of product.

If you are not happy with sending an order, getting an order confirmation, then waiting with no communication until you get an email when the order is sent, then simply do not buy from them. I have no problem with it, and if the goods arrive, then all is fine in my book. I'm very glad the orders are going out again, because a lot of net-makers do not send their juice overseas. Lets see, so far I count HHV, Vaperite and NET.com as the only suppliers of NET to Australia, that I can find so far.
