Wondering what happened to my Puresmoker.com order?

I got tired of the expensive Smoke Fifty One E cig and decided to order the pocket mini e cigarette from Steve at Puresmoker.com with an over $99 order I got free shipping. The problem is that I made my order exactly a week ago and nothing has arrived in the mail, but using the tracking number given:

It says that the order was delivered on the 15th, but I have checked everywhere around my apartment complex and there is no package. I live in New York and it has snowed so maybe they didn't deliver it to the door but then again it says shipped on the tracking service. I don't know what happened or if I should contact usps or puresmoker to find out what is going on.
Also I don't know if one of my neighbors might have taken it and thought it was theirs or something. I don't think insurance was offered on the shipment should I still contact my credit card company? Despite the snow usps still is delivering letter mail so I don't understand why they wouldn't leave a package on the doorstep. I will check the local post office tomorrow because it was closed today and on Sunday.

Hopefully everything works out but any one else having shipment problems lately?

I just received my package from puresmoker this Saturday and I ordered I believe it was tuesday or wednesday. Anway fast shipment everytime I order from puresmoker so far.

If the tracking # says delivered, you should check with the post office. Maybe the carrier can recall the delivery. Once it's in the hands of the post office and it says delivered, I don't see what puresmoker can do about it

You would probably have to talk to the Postoffice. It's obviously not an issue with Steve from Puresmoker he is a trust worthy guy.

I agree. All 3(almost 4) of my shipments have been fast from puresmoker. If it says delivered and someone else took it that sucks. You can ask the post office, but if they say it's delivered and no insurance I am afraid your out the money. If you do a chargeback on your credit card, they give you the money back. But they also take the money back from steve when it wasn't his fault the USPS lost it or it got stolen.

Where do you find the tracking number on puresmoker orders? When I click on my account, then on track packages, I just get the order...I see no tracking number.

My post office is terrible about telling me a package is delivered when they have not deleviered it. I have had providers e-mail me that a package was deliverd two days before it was. I complained to the Post office online and they have got better. I also got a new carrier and package arrive two or three days sooner now.

Definitely contact the post office with the tracking number and explain what's happened and take it from there.
Any package with USPS doesn't get scanned at each step of the process like UPS or FedEx does.
I had that happen with USPS tracking before. Had been waiting for a package and had the same thing, tracking number said it had been delivered. Bear in mind i am in smalltown Iowa and our post office closes for 90 minutes at lunch. Sometimes the post office uses other carriers for packages and they were turning up at our post office when it was closed. It took a week after it was first posted as being delivered to get our package.

Thanks for all the input, I will check out the post office today with my tracking number and hopefully they can figure out what happened. I will complain to the USPS customer service and keep calling them until they decide to do something about it. If I don't get my order by next week I might have to do a charge back unfortunately but I will keep complaining and if they send it I will contact Steve to pay him back. Hopefully the post office finds it and everybody ends up happy.

PS: You can get your tracking number by contacting steve@puresmoker.com and make sure you include your order number which can be found under My Account->View Orders, it is best to use the Contact page off the puresmoker website than an external email address and to request the tracking number. Most shipments from his site are delivered 2-3 days so by the time you get the tracking number it will probably arrive . I'm just having post office trouble.

I was wondering if i should buy form enjoy or puresmoker.com. i like the price of puresmoker are the products just as good and should I get a peewee or something else? This will be my first ecig purchase and I do not have alot of many to buy numerous ones. Thanks in advance

Finally figured out what happened to my package! I live in an apartment complex and apparently they have a special mailbox for large packages which they left the key for in my mailbox. I was running around for a week trying to figure out what happened and today I went to the post office and they said they couldn't do anything, I decided to wait for the Post lady to come and she opened all the mailboxes and we figured it out. I am so happy and now it is time to try out my DSE901 mini e cig!
LOL I am still laughing about spending 7 days after it arrived trying to figure out what happened.

brandee, go with puresmoker for sure. I sencond the fact that you should get a penstyle or dse901 before a peewee. If you really want a peewee though I would recommend you go to intellicig and pick up an EVO.

Yea I'm glad too . I haven't even had any nicotine in the past 24 hours and I feel great, I'm just going to leave the e cigarette in the charger and hopefully I just quit smoking altogether. Whenever I have an e cigarette on hand I just feel secure knowing I can have the nicotine but also for some reason I just don't have those cravings anymore. It is weird because just last week I would do anything for a puff.

=) The trick to quitting is putting off smoking for another time, because life is long and you can always smoke later if you want. If you tell yourself this a few times you might not actually need that next cigarette and eventually forget you even smoke.

Yea sometimes if I get a strong urge to smoke I'll carry a pack of smokes in my pocket, I've yet to take one at and smoke it
