So today is officially 4 weeks stick free for me and i have learned a couple things..

1. Starting off with a cig style was a good decision for me. It was not overwhelmingly complicated and made it much more accessible and user friendly for me to quit.

2. Starting with a cig style and staying with a cig style was in very short order eliminated. It is just like mostly everyone says, I shoulda went bigger because ultimately I was going to anyway but I am glad I didn't at the time. I have since went bigger lol.

3. Money savings aren't really gonna kick in for me personally for probably another few months.

4. The sense of community and support in places like this are a tremendous help. The stories, tips, and help I have read in these pages have been invaluable and will continue to be so.

5. If you really wanna quit, you can. Just be ready to pick up a new addiction with fun new toys and flavors.

6. Smokers really, really smell bad.
