Also, another thing I have learned from being about 4 months in with vaping, is buying nicjuice in a rather
bulk form, my last buy was 250mg unflavored at 48% nic. I can now
add the PG & VG to bring that down to about 18-20mg nicotine and got
flavourart, cappella, and Lorannes to add for my own taste.

I really like the purity of the American made nicotine juices from some of the dealers here.
!

I would really like to learn where to get the concentrated juice in quantity and flavors and mixing ratios if anyone would be willing to school me.

What I wish I knew.... that this forum existed months ago!

I'm just so grateful that I found you all before my first purchase though. I'd never even heard of ecigs until I happened to run across an add for greensmokes. Being a single mother, my budget wouldn't allow a purchase right then and a good thing too! Was really excited about the whole concept and would have made an unadvisable impulse purchase otherwise. Being a computer geek as well, I bided my time researching online and there you all were!

Now I'm grateful for that initial lack of disposible income. I received my first pv, an eGo, this past week and am busy singing its praises! Of course, I'm also telling everyone the benefits of a little research on this forum before they think seriously about making the switch to a pv.

Twolf, Good for you on the Ego. You have made a good choice IMHO; and wished there were more folks who did more indepth study as to saving money/frustration. You will likely still want a mod before it is over with the learning curve. I do not have an EGO, did the 510s and jumped to a Chuck for long, long battery life. They are big and clunky and most dependable. I
do not vape these in public; as you likely can with the EGo if you wish.
As MrTuna advised on the bulk nicjuice, he gave you a good start. MFS has some of the best, quality American made juices. I flavor with
HappyVaper in Canada (a great guy), but other dealers in America can
offer up some good flavors too. I do think though that HV has the larger
varieties of different flavors than most. Happy vaping Twolf...

I have recently purchased the No. 7 Disposables from echoice. I had an issue with my first order, where the batts didn't last more than 4 hrs. They sent me new ones... These ones worked better, but for only about 24 hrs. Is this normal or did i get more bad batteries?
Question 2. these particular carts only lasted a few hours. no where near the 15 to 20 cigs they claim they last for. I smoke a pack a day(analog) so i would assume 1 cart would last at least a day.

Is this typical or are these just garbage cuz they are the disposable. Cuz right now im not sold on the whole idea if the batts only last 24 hrs and a cart only last like 4 hrs.
And no im not hitting them for 4 hrs straight only 5-10 min a time, about 4-5 times in that 4 hrs....
any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I would like to know if the re-charagble ones really do last longer or is one day the norm?
And how long do cart last for you guys?
With the 510 the battery will last about 3 hrs and the cartridges last about equal to 3-6 cigs this all depends on how you vape. The up side is that if you get two batteries you can have one charging while your using the other one. Madvapes has some "disposables" that you can recharge but only come with one battery Disposable E-cigs so you might be better off in the long run to just buy a 510/Yeti kit

The 901 batteries will last me about half a day when new and a good atomizer and I vape almost continuously but I still use mods I build so they last amost 24hours and run a little hotter for more vapor. The 901 puts out decent vapor but puts out even more when you boost up the voltage a bit. It is just like real smoking at that point.

I wish I knew those things too, now I have a bag full of different batteries, a bunch of flavors I either didn't like or can't use (PG based) and I am still investing in new products (mods) I wanted to keep the supplies I have built up, so I can not worry about buying anything for a while, but now I am starting to wonder if the batteries are going to go bad just sitting there waiting to be used. I am trying to rotate around through my various batteries, but I've collected quite a bit of stuff. It was all trial and error, and after a couple of months into this, I am still discovering new things almost daily, here in the forum. At least I have become knowledgeable for my newbie friends who don't have a clue about e cigs...

good choice for a first e cig IMO, as far as long lasting battery, and 510 cart, though a mod bat. that lets you change your own battery is also advisable for a first time purchase, I like paying $5 for 2 rechargeable batteries that will go all day on one charge instead of $10-20 for the ones that come with the kits that usually only last a couple of hours between charges. I do love my eGo though, for a throw away, it's the best I have tried so far.

You guys are so awesome making threads like this. It REALLY helps people.
Because of your combined knowlege, a newbie like me, adjusted my impulse first order to reflect the experience of you all here and prevented me from having a bad first experience.
I really thought I was going to hate the manual battery, but I have only had my 510 for less than 24 horus and I already LOVE it! I actually see now that I probably wouldn't have liked an auto battery.

Anyway, kudos to you all! *hugs*

Unlike most it seems, I wish I'd tried the automatic battery earlier. I've just order a load of manual mega batteries and I accidentally ordered 2 regular automatic batteries as well.

Guess what? I MUCH prefer the automatic batteries! because it's closer to the smoking experience and I'm always worried that I'm holding the button down too long and the atomizer get's too hot. Also I can just 'zone out' and vape without haveing to "think" about the button. LOL. Although the consensus is that manual is better - I personally wish I'd tried both at the outset to compare.

If I continue to prefer the automatic I hope I'll be able to sell my manuals!

note to self: don't buy quantities of anything until you've tried everything else!

I wish I would have known about this site before my first purchase but Thankfully I only purchased one model and not a bad one but not for me. My first was an Npro which was only a mediocre unit but it was enough for me to know that I wanted to get a better unit. I found this site then purchased the Joye 510 from Cignot along with a mega manual battery and the two automatic batteries to get me started. I also knew that I could not use the pg juices because of my COPD and got some vg juices. I got a couple different chargers and still need the passthrough which I will get soon when i order some more goodies. After over 35 years and 30-40 cigarettes a day, I can finally say that after the first evening, the next day I only had 8 cigarettes total and only a couple days I only had 4 cigarettes today and tomorrow will reach for even less tomorrow and hope to be total off analogs by the end of the week starting my new week smoke free. I also see my doctor next friday 12th and will get his feedback and have him look at how my breathing is being that I am just coming out of COPD episode with bronchitis. Coughing is still part of my life but breathing is slowly coming back and I can take a deep breath without choking. One day at a time but I am hooked. My next PV I think I will go with VPK. I love the juices tho and that will only grow in flavors. Thank you to all of you not only my life will be better but I have talked with 8 other people today who were first given this site to check out. We shall see.

So these companies are just straight lying when they say the carts last anywhere from 10-20 cigs??
Starting to think this is all a gimmick....
Although you are correct about the misleading advertisting, you've got the wrong attitude.
But that is all up to you, and we're here to help when needed.

I can assure you that this is not a gimmick though.
But if you spend any time on this forum you should already know that.
