What I'd going on with my Eleaf Istick?

To start this off, this is an eleaf I rescued from being dropped in water. I let it sit in rice for a week and it worked. The coil is 1 ohm. This Istick reads it as 4.2 ohms. It states 6w and 4 volts. Whoa. I have a Eleaf lemo as a tank. It vapes like crazy but the tank gets so hot it burns my lips and hand. On my new Istick it reads the correct ohms and at 20w it only goes to 4.6v Is the one I rescued defective? I don't want the battery blowing up but the vapor is so yummy.

What ohm coil can I build to get this much vapor and allow my Istick (new one) to kick up the volts safely? I want this much vapor safely. I'm using microcoils and Koh Gen Do cotton wicks.

Sounds like your waterlogged one went wonky, sorry its burning due to the incorrect ohm reader.

Can I build a high ohm coil to allow my new Istick to kick out vapor or is the waterlogged Istick unsafe to use or what?

I think its unsafe (my opinion). I'm not willing to possibly injure myself over any mod, but especially a cheap one

Could try letting it dry another week before giving up on it.

Personally, I would not trust the waterlogged iStick. Sorry...

Yeah I don't think I'll trust it either. Don't want to risk blowing up my face. What can I do on my new Istick so it creates nice clouds like the defective one? Build a higher ohm coil to bump up the volts?
