If you order a Chuck with a 510 battery connector, you can use all of your 510 atomizers and carts with it. All you would need are batteries and a charger.

No need to use unprotected batteries unless you want to.
The most common battery for the Chuck at 3.7V is the 18650 and mine are protected..
I don't believe those are what you would normally call "skins" though.
Those designs that you see on the Chucks are custom graphics and powder coat paint jobs.
And they are permanent, and by that I do mean permanent.
You'd probably need a belt-sander to put a scratch in the clear powder coat that covers them.
I would LOVE to have one of these. I just know I can't afford it. Maybe I'll ask my wife for a christmas chuck. I want to know if they can be made skinnier.
I think they are already skinnier than most other big battery mods.
Jeff just made a skinnier one the other day. It was made to fit the 14500 battery. You might inquire about that. I would imagine that would be pretty thin.
I know they look great. There is just an idea in my head that I have but they need to be much skinnier.
I thought the same thing, I didn't want anything that didn't resemble an actual cig. But after reading the threads and seeing how much people liked it I broke down, made a design, and bought a chuck. I love it, I have a one V4L Kr808D-1 manual battery, Two Nebula batteries, and a couple PT's. I don't use any of them anymore, unless I will be drinking (don't wanna accidentally drop my chuck or anything lol), although they are great vaping tools, the throat hit + flavor of a chuck surpasses them by far. It's not too bulky, fits in the pocket pretty good and provides a very good vaping experience for me.
Everybody's different and everybody will probably tell you something different, but in the end it's all about personal preference.
Whats the difference between a chuck and a screwdriver? Or a silver bullet?

There is no comparison. The CHUCK is in a class b y itself, you design it, Jeff builds it. Just MHO
As to why it's so fat, I don't see how you could get it much smaller, and still fit an 18650 battery (or two CR123's).
The 18650 really does last a couple of days for me, and produces more vapor then a standard 14500 (even though they're both rated for 3.7v).
The only thing I'd change is to add an LED.

Actually, no, he has not made one...yet. I understand it is being looked into. But there is not a 14500 Chuck yet.
