This hasn't happened to me with e-cig related stuff yet but with other stuff once. It's been my experience whenever a company sends you an erroneous order, they do what they can to correct it as soon as possible. Shipping is a part of their product and they want you to have a good experience with them. After all, it's a direct reflection of their competence and concern right? Company policies vary from organization to organization. For consumable products (which the e-liquid is), if you haven't opened the original containers and the seals (if present) are intact, they might want you to return it to them at their expense even if they can't forward it to the correct recipient (that ability would be determinate on consumable policies/laws that govern where they are based out of and the researchable records available for the shipment(s) in question), or they might tell you to keep it and they'll make sure you receive yours. Only the company in question can answer your question correctly.

I would certainly let them know as soon as possible so they can get the corrective action started. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick responses. This actual happened to me today. The order I received was not mine, I called the company and was told to keep the order. I would have had no problem returning, it just surprised me that they told me to keep it. I felt bad for the person whose order it was because we all know how it is to sit anxiously waiting for the postman to bring us our latest order of juice.

They probably told you to keep it since:

1. It's a consumable product (even with seals intact, it's considered a compromised shipment, safety and product integrity issues ya know!)
2. It is a potential inconvenience to you (as their customer) to have to take corrective action on their behalf. (Something they don't want to exacerbate the situation with! Think insult to injury thought process.)

Even though it's a loss to them, they can (and probably are) looking it as an unexpected opportunity for you to try more of their product (maybe even generating a future order?) and it gives you a better feel for their customer service. I'm sure if they knew what was in the package you received, they can figure out who is missing theirs and will expedite a shipment to them with an apology.

I did give them the order number on the shipping information inside the package, so hopefully they will send out the other customers order ASAP. The flavors were ones that I would not have picked out, but the pg/vg levels and nicotine levels were in my current range. I am now 7 weeks analog free. I started out with an ego t, and have graduated to an ITaste MVP one week ago,and I really love it. I'm still working out the issue of completely understanding the LR-HR tanks. I found a great article by Vaporcruz, which also explained how to use an ohms calculator to find my sweet spot and what carts to use with different vv settings. Now I'm wishing the Itaste MVP had an ohms reader as well as vw. Oh well, it gives me an excuse to buy another mod.

This hasn't happened with any juice but if I can buy something online rather than go to the store, I will. So, that means practically everything. I've got other people's orders in the past and wrong items several times. Most reputable businesses will take care of their customers. If I have to mail the wrong items back, I expect a refund on what it cost me to ship it back, not a credit. I hate credits. Unless it's a really costly item, most vendors have let me keep the wrong item as it costs them for to have you send it back.

I've only made 4 or 5 juice orders so far, but that's never happened to me with any product I've ordered online (A lot...).

It makes sense that they wouldn't want it back though, It would be a hassle for the buyer (and potential bad feedback) and it's like a food product where a return wouldn't be able to be resold (with a reputable vendor anyway).

I read an article about how some guy ordered a TV online and instead got someones order for a rifle  ... The rifle was worth a bit more then the TV, but the guy who made the order was an anti-gun guy so he just called the police.
