Someone is selling me a JM16 and is asking me to offer. What is a fair price to pay? I really do not want to get price gouged.

I talked to JM over Facebook, and he quoted me 110euros shipped + paypal fee. so around 145usd.
I'm also very interested in this mod, have anyone tried it out yet?
I know someone that is selling for $200 and its new so they havent tried it out yet.
Everything that is wrong with the limited mod market, especially f you're buying it just to make a gross profit.
