what is a j118?

i bought this j118 passthrough and atty from a member here on the forum - it works great - but i'd never heard of this model! does it have another name? please let me know as i would like to buy extra parts for it.

Click Search (toward the top of the ECF screen), then click Advanced Search, enter J118 in the Keyword(s) box, change "Search Entire Posts" to "Search Titles Only", then click Search Now further down the screen ... and read to your heart's content.
