Depends on exactly what you're looking for?

Do you want said features?

Variable Voltage/Wattage
Bottom Feeding
Durability
Battery Life
Wood
Metal
Tube shape
Box shape
Does price matter?
Does size matter?
etc. etc.

There are so many options out there at this moment, but, to find your 'perfect' pv, you sorta need to know what exactly you're looking for ;)

Browse this list of mods to better get an idea of what you think you might like Best e-Cig Mod List | e-Cig Mods Database

Also, feel free to ask specifics :)

You may want to look through the suppliers listed on the main page and look for the eGo's and Riva's, and stay away from the tank systems for now. Get something simple and learn what's going on, then head out for the mods, just have fun doing it.

Agreed, simple is good for a new user. But, she is asking for the 'Top of the Line' stuff, thus why I recommend a mod. An eGo or Riva is an excellent choice for beginners, and for some, it's more than enough for all of their needs. However, I wouldn't call them 'Top of the Line'.

The OP could pay the same amount for a 3.7v boxmod kit (from GodZilla here in the forums) as an eGo or Riva kit and it might suit her more. Then again, she may be looking for something all of the way to the top, like a Provari or depending on what exactly might fit her personal needs.

It seems overwhelming to those when someone recommends a mod, but, in the long run it might help them much more. Had I known then what I do today, I would've skipped the eGo and went straight to a 5v mod, but that's just me. Thus why I ask what exactly she is looking for in terms of a pv.

It might be that an eGo is exactly what she needs, it may be that she wants something more. This is why I ask :)

You need to try to figure out what you are looking for with a bit more specificity.
And you also need to determine what you feel your limits are.

As Levitas says above, there is an entire world of vaping equipment out there to satisfy every want and need.
But you have to know what you want and need first.

Let's start with these questions...
--What are your limits on cost?
--What are your limits on size and shape?
--Do you want it as simple as possible, or do you like futzing with things a bit?

I am looking for durable, battery life and kinda simple. I have thought about making a mod but would prefer to just buy a good one. Convience is a big PLUS
Well in that case, check out the BB or Silver Bullet from altsmoke.com or the XHaler or XSHaler from nhaler.com then again the Hex from atmosusa.biz is another good one. Then you may want to look at the true tanks like the Vape-O-Matic Liquinator from vaporescence.com, they're the best in my opinion. If you don't mind a bit of a learning curve you may want to check out the VMOD from vagage.com, it's a bottom feeder, that way you don't have to worry about refilling carts or cartos. It also has a replacable batt that you can get from either RTD Vapor or Super T Manufactuing.

Well...Cost isn't really my biggest concern but I don't want to spend alot on something thats trash...thats why I came to ya'll....shape don't matter at all as long as it gives me what I need...I couldn't care less how anybody else thinks it looks....I really don't want something to big....I want to be comfortable taking it everywhere with me so...nothing to big....Simplicity really don't matter to much..as long as you don't have to be a geinius to use it
