What is cut off time?

I've seen some advertisements mentioning the "cut off" time for batteries. What exactly does that mean?

I think it's the amount of time the battery will operate continuously for.

Could be mistaken though.

its the time you can vape before it shuts down the coil to save destroying it ( button pressed down time )

It's how long the atomizer will fire while holding down the button on a manual battery. It's pretty much the same thing with an automatic battery. The only difference is that instead of holding down a button, the battery switch turns on when you suck on the carto/ecig.
