I'm finding this issue in all of my rda's, luckily all are built similar.
After 24-48 hours of vaping I'm finding my juice well building up with water and bad tasting junk.
Meaning I can never run my wicks fully dry as it starts tasting too bad.
At this point I have to rewick and dry the wells out.

I use many different juices, but all are high VG or max VG.
I use 100% cotton or a 50/50 mix of rayon / cotton mix.
All run on mechs with 24-26 gauge 10 wrap dual micro coils at .35 ohms.
Airflow is medium as I don't like wide open draws.

Happens in my two Magma's, Tohb and Plume Veil.

My thinking is it's chucking so much vapor with less airflow the vapor is condensing on the walls to the point it builds up.
Fix's? I'm guessing higher ohms and more airflow.

What do you think? I'd rather have opinions now than spend days changing things in hopes of an answer.

I suppose I can wring my wicks out occasionally if I'm not ready to rewick.
That's a last case scenario if I can't reconcile the issue before it builds up.

I'm testing a single coil setup at .6 ohms which should fix the issue as the airflow is just a bit lower than normal, but flavor is down and juice consumption is a lot less as a positive.

One thing to do that may help...When you take a puff, let go of the fire button before you stop inhaling. This will cool the coil a bit and clear out any vapor in the chamber, any leftover vapor, or vapor coming off a hot coil without any air flow will always condense into the well.

I'll definitely give that a try.
I think less wraps on my coils will help it cool faster too.
