What is NET juice?

I've searched, but cannot find what NET means in e-juice. Help me out, and maybe add it to the glossary?

Generally forums have a poor built in search system - they often refuse completely to deal with short words. It's better to use site-specific search in a general search engine, normally.

Thanks. I use Yahoo and used words like net e-juice ecig spelling out, using acronyms, with/without dashes/spaces. It seems that "net" is very common and I noticed it picked up inter"net" on a lot of search results and ".net" addresses. When I do pick up something directly relevant, it never explains what it is, only the acronym. Sometimes I do wonder if I really do suck at searching, but I did try. Oh, I did try the same terms I was using on google just now, it still did not pick up anything useful to me.
