from what I understand it is length of time you let juice sit before using. I do not know, kind of like letting a wine breath before drinking. My concept is open it up and vape away!!!

correct. just letting the juice set for a period of time before use. some do it in different ways. some just leave it in a dark place for a week or so, others go so far as to open the top daily to let it breath. some bath in warm water.. a few ladies i know even steep in their cleavage, lol.
it lets the juice mature. most juice i like out of the box but some chocolates for me need to sit a bit

You will find with some pre-mixed juices that if you remove the cap and place it in a dark place for some time it will mute the flavor and bring out the richness of the juice. I personally uncap my juices for 24 hours in the closet before use. Now when I mix my own it does'nt seem to be as big of an issue because I have had most of my extracts for some time, and they have already received some steeping from frequent opening. I guess you could steep your extracts as well, probably would'nt hurt. Rule of thumb, if I open a pre-mix and drip it, if the flavor is too much or not so good, i will steep it open for 24 hours, then cap it and leave it in the closet for at least a week, then revisit it, and it usually will taste better. I say usually, because some could steep till the end of time, and they still taste like doo-doo.
