The little gremlins inside that produce the vapor popping popcorn?

My microwave does that every once in a while, too.

Seriously though, my T3 snaps, crackles, and pops, especially right after I do a dry burn which means the coil is at it's hottest so I'm contributing it to the sudden and rapid heating of the liquid.

it's the juice popping - mine do the same thing. If you pull the cover off and watch it pop, it'll leave little smoke trails (like fireworks) when it pops. With the cover/drip tip on, it just pops onto that.

Don't stare right down into it though if you pull the cover off, you don't want something that hot popping into your eye.

My rebuildable does that sometimes as well and I don't believe it's the juice as juice would not leave smoke trails. I believe it's actually micro pieces of the metal flying off and yes they are hot. I made the mistake of taking a drag and some of it got on my tongue, something I will not repeat. It didn't leave any marks or anything but I could sure feel it. I think I need to preheat my wire with a torch or match, oxidize it, before wrapping it.

I'm pretty sure its ejuice, my trusty phoenix does this all the time, if you allow one of those shooting droplets land on a napkin you will clearly see thats its juice spray. Another thing that is clearly indicative of juice is the "smoke trails" are VAPOR TRAILS! what metal do you think it is? look at your atty/tank do you see anything missing? I dont...
