What is the best menthol liquid

I am looking for a good menthol liquid while I impatiently wait for my first kit to arrive. Also I am not sure which strength to get. Right now I smoke 20-30 cigarettes a day. I wasn't sure whether to order the 18 or 24. I just don't want to over do it.
