What is the Boge Adjustable Draw Screw?

I recently read this term on a L-F boge Carto review.

Underneath the boge Carto there is a screw notch to adjust the draw.

Any experience with this?? I'm excited. I always thought the boge cartos were too airy.

Unless there is some new design I am not aware of, that isn't a 'screw' notch, but rather a notch for airway passage. I would not advise turning it since that is the center pin, where one end of the coil is attached to. Turning it could cause damage to the coil.
