I've seen this many times can someone explain what that means and also why would someone choose a atty over a carto or vice versa.
Thanks
As you've just read, almost everyone will prefer a manual battery over an automatic. With the auto, IT decides when and how much vape you get... with a manual YOU decide.
As for the atty vs. carto: If I could afford to use a fresh carto every time I probably would - but I'm not super-picky about flavor. They are just much, much easier.. just screw one in and go. BUT - they can be expensive! You CAN refill them but
IMO they get worse every time you do until they just aren't worth it (and you find this out after you just filled it with juice - more juice wasted).
With atty (either dripping or with a cartridge) it's easier to switch flavors, it's more work and maintenance, the flavors come through better (imo), and they last longer - I've been using the same two atty's since March and they are both still going strong. The main thing though, is that they are
way cheaper to use than cartomizers.
A great compromise between functionality and value is using an atty with a drip tip; The drip tip is just a mouth piece that goes on the end of your atty. You just drip 2-3 drops of juice in there and vape until it's gone (maybe 10 drags) and then drip a couple more drops in. The drip tip funnels the juice into the atty and keeps it from getting into your mouth. Fewer parts and pieces to mess with or have to carry around with you, and therefore fewer parts and pieces to replace. You can't do it in the car though, if that's a big part of your day (I use a cartomizer when I drive).\
Don't drip and drive.
