Yes, you can use dual coil cartos on your KGo. The dual coils naturally get hotter so more vapor is produced.
Flavor is a matter of opinion. Personally, I do not like dual coils. I feel the vapor is too airy but my Wife loves them with triple menthol dekang jiuce. I prefer the single coil 1.7 Ohm with my KGo's as well as my old 510 Riva's.
It's basically a matter of experimentation and personal preference.
