As I understand it, the eGo Twist was one of their earlier models that supported variable voltage and a battery shut-off (at the time, the eGo-C batteries did not). Now though, joyetech sells an eGo-C Upgrade battery that also offers variable voltage and battery shut-off. So I imagine the differences between an eGo Twist and an eGo-C upgrade are little, if any. A standard eGo-C however will not have these features, as I understand it.

I also believe the eGo-C batteries can take either A or B type atomizers. Not sure about the eGo Twist.

I've never used a Twist, so I can't speak to which is better, but I have an eGo-C Upgrade 1000mAh passthrough battery with an eGo-CC Clearomizer, and I absolutely love it.

the regular ego c is a 3.7 volt battery you push the button and get 3.7 volts to power your atomizer/clearomizer.
the ego twist uses boost technology to let you chose from 3.2 to 4.8 volts by twisting the bottom. I use a twist because I find vaping at 4 to 4.2 volts gives me the vapor production I like..

My title pretty much sums up my questions. WHICH one best and why?

the ego twist is a battery for the ego cigs which has a dial that you can turn to vary the voltage.

The regular batteries are just 1 voltage.

My ego twists I ended up avoiding them because they seem to run down faster than the regular batteries. I haven't really tested thoroughly but by first appearances they seem to need recharging more frequently.

They may not be original Joye.
