Just get a lanyard that rests your PV on your chest, trust me guys will never be able to tell you what device you use :p and just kidding..:)

If you ride a Harley, I would suggest something in chrome or black, if you drive a VW bug with a flower in the vase I'd say go for something floral, if...

You get the idea, get something you like. Just like confidence it will make you more attractive to others because you believe in it.

When I vape out in public, I use a cigalike battery with an xxl boge carto and matching drip tip. The entire thing is like 7-8 inches long and slim. It looks very much like I am smoking a cigarette attached to a holder, like the ladies used to do in the 50's. I get a lot of inquiries and compliments on the retro vibe, but as far as vapor production and functionality, my big clunky vision spinner does a much better job.

What does your genital anatomy have to do with the attractiveness of a PV?

Nothing, but our gender does paly a role in how we dress. I personally prefer makeup on me, but not on men. I love the feminine look of high heels on women and I get what the OP means.
I am not quite there yet with dressing my pv up. But I like this thread. Reading for information and maybe I will get a lady like PV also. Right now rocking my vamo at home in my tiny hands. My ring size 5.5 average American woman wears a size 7.

I bought a brand new Eroll and twist at the same time and found them equal in throat hit and vapor. The difference is that the lower voltage leads to getting dirty faster. The Eroll is a fantastic device though. Its almost smaller than a real cigarette. It's the only thing that you can actually leave in your mouth and puff without a bulging lip muscle workout.

All of that is conditioned by societal conditioning, and merely co-relates to your genital anatomy.

A man might like a slim cigalike, too. A woman might not give a damn and carry around a bam. Either is fine, but arbitrarily mentioning one's gender when it's irrelevant to the topic is annoying, especially when over 9000 similar threads already exist.

TL;DR no girls on the internet.

The chrome Vape-Pro kit is nice:

The L Rider Robust Lavatubes are nice too:

I dunno what it is, but the Evic seems a lot more feminine to me than the Provari, perhaps it's the curvy design:

eGo batteries come in all kinds of crazy designs. Ex.:

That's pretty much all I've got. I don't really look at them in terms of feminine/masculine, and I personally prefer the standard sleek round tube look.
