I really hope your not thinking of Vapables

Yes, that name does sound very familiar. I believe that the young man started the company and paid big bucks to create the
Du Maurier flavour.

From the way you commented, am I go understand that there is a problem with his company?

Thx for responding. :)

Yup that would be Mr. Vapables then. He closed up shop just before I started vaping. Gotta love HC for you

Awwww, that is very sad to hear. They put a lot of money into creating their quality juices. I guess the retail cost factor became an issue over the long run. Thank you for the update. I wish them well on what ever they are doing now.

btw: what does HC mean?

Health Canada. If memory serves correctly the RCMP showed up at his door and told him to shut it down.

If he's reading any of these posts, since I am sure he still vapes, he should look at the Canadian company
"True Hope.com" which also was closed down by the RCMP instructed by Health Canada. This company manufactured
vitamins that helped Bipolar sufferers. This was just a couple of years ago. This company didn't have the monies to fight Health Canada, but somehow they did. All the way to the Supreme Court. Took them two yrs and they won! Shortly after, Health Canada started to work with them. Their vitamin protocol created a paradigm shift in the Mental Health Departments all over the world that 1st year. Even our very own Sick Children's hospital used their protocol on the kids.

Go to their site, click on the Newsroom tab. You will see a bunch of videos. Look for a group of 4-5 of them in a series.
It will break your heart to see how & why this vitamin protocol came into existence.

The moral to this story is: Vapables should have gone to our highest court in the land to state their case. I am sure vapers all over North America would have donated to the cause.

Canadians need to stop voting in Nanny State MP's.

I believe this is what it will take with nic juice/liquid in Canada also.
I for one, as a Canadian, would have no problem donating a few $$$ toward legal fees when it finally gets to this point, and it will. I sure hope every other Canadian vaper would do the same.

Perhaps, if you are a full time poster on this forum, you could maybe spread the word or start a thread with some sort of letter stating that vapers will help with a pledge fund if in the event someone wants to fight a case with HC. (see, I'm learning, using HC, by tomorrow I may forget tho. lololo) Just to let any vendor know that we will all chip in to fight the Nanny State gov't.
Just a suggestion. If your busy, maybe someone else could do it.

I hope you got my PM by now. I am preparing another one, with the most amazing game site. It will keep you addicted for years to come bcos Vern set it up in such a fashion that anyone can create a custom mansion game & we get to play them for free. We have over a hundred custom mansions. I am a great beta tester, but I can't figure out how to build the mansions. Oh well, at least I get to play & test them. This game was only for Mac's. Finally Vern put it out there for PC's. So now, more can enjoy it & our forum, where the CM's (custom mansions) are.

Now that's the kind of story that I like to hear ... someone who refused to rollover, stood up, fought and won!

Thats what I think suppliers should be doing if they get letters from HC in any case, even the US and Canada has a different system there is still a precedence of the FDA losing in court on this. But then again I don't think anyone in Canada can foot this kind of legal battle in Canada right now =/
