I was going to post a question "Has anyone tried Du More Eh?" and hope for some feed back. Sounds like this liquid is a hit for Canadian smokers/vapors.

I've tried RY4 (way too sweet for my taste. Like smokey maple syrup.) and a US tobacco flavor (never been a fan of US cigs).

Glad to hear that Vapables has it on the magic formula. Thanks for all of the reveiws guys. Looks like I will be dusting off the old 510 and placing an order with Vapables.

If you've ever tried DUNHILL/DUNHALL juice, it is somewhat similar to that. Takes some getting used to if you are regularly vaping other tobacco flavors, but it's worth it.

did I get a bad batch or something, cause mine just tastes like plastic (Do More Eh 24mg) which I am assuming is the propelene Glcol taste. I smoke dumaurier for years among other brands, but it doesnt taste like tobacco let alone dumaurier...now my experience with e-cigs is limited to this liquid and the liquid that came in a cheapo e-cig i bought previous to my 306A, but it really doesnt have an appealing taste at all. albeit, it does kick the nic fit pretty good, just wish it wasnt such a labor to suck on it...think im going to flavour it with mint or something, but jsut wanted to know if anyone has an idea of this situation. thanks

Ahahaha same problem I had the first time I had e-cigs. I used 901. Then switched to 510. No labor.

sorry, ya I should have worded that better. the labour was not in the pull, and I do get good vapor, the labor is in the actual taste, i feel like im sucking on a plasticky smoke, the flavor does not seem at all like tobacco or anything else for that matter, just plastic. but as mentioned, the nicotine is there cause it does take care of the craving, just thought i was spending 40 bucks to get something very close to a tobacco flavour. I am wondering if maybe the flavour was left out of this particular batch..

$40 bucks??? 8-o for how much liquid? 8-o look at your atty, see if there is any filter material stuck in there, sometimes that can cause a plasticy taste, if there is just pull it off the atty, also, when you vape with too little liquid, that too can cause a plasticy taste. Make sure your cart is full and there is no fibers on your atty. And $40 bucks??? 8-o

hehe. well it was $30 plus 7.95 for shipping, so nearly 40. and ya, the atty is clear, put lots of juice in there, tried the dip and drip method as well, cause originally i had thought it may be the stuffing, but still the same...and ya it was that price for the 30ml's. thanks for the reply

Wow..... sorry to hear your having such a poor experience with it !!

By definition it certainly isn't "exactly" like du Maurier, yet I and many have found it very resembling to Canadian tobacco when compared to other juices out on the market.

I do really like it, but have moved onto using it as a base, adding some VG and a few drops of virginia tobacco from Jack at HV.

I've never had a plasticky taste though..... have you tried a different atomizer or perhaps a different juice to confirm ? If not, I'm wondering if it just the atty primer still burning off...

Hope things work out for ya, and keep in mind when starting out vaping, your taste buds are still pretty messed up from the analogs.

ya, I only have the crappy Health -e cig juice to compare it to. and did figure that it wouldnt be exactly like a real dumaurier taste, but this is pretty bad. tried a couple different atty's as i had got 2 with my 306A, both the same, did get rid of the primer stuff inside the actual atty, still the same. but again, not the end of the world, im just going to find some kind of flavour to add to it to mask the yuck...any idea where i can get flavours? maybe at a grocery store or something? Been looking here for those mods but havent found a thread yet.

Jack at Happy Vaper has all kinds of different flavouring brands and flavours for DIY to try...... I like the flavorart brands myself since they are tasty and quite strong.

Never had a 306A myself (except a while back when I bought an atty to try dipping on my 510 devices.

I have a feeling this is just one of those instances where its going to boil down to the "subjective" taste thing and you'll need to find something that appeals to "YOU".

well again, thanks for the help. Ill try the mentioned flavouring stuff, cause ya, I think thats really what it comes down to.. to tell you the truth, I would suffer with the ....ty taste for ever, if it meant I never smoked another cigarette, but ti would be nice to enjoy it as well. thanks

well...started using the citus flavour and the forest berry. both are great...now i can smoke with a smile...or should I say vape...

Rob and the team at Vapables are amazing. Period.

That being said, I've just received my Coca 30ml and after taking a bit of time to get used to it, I'd say it's GREAT! (One suggestion from the cheap seats, but it would be THAT much better if it was just a LITTLE bit sweeter.)

RY4 is a great flavour to sweeten up certain other flavours - and not so good vaping it straight (too sweet/rich as you say).

I personally like 3 parts menthol/1 part RY4 - now that's a really nice vape. It tones down the sweetness and is very refreshing

Looks like Vapables has some more 18mg Du More Eh in stock. Which is exactly what I was after. I stopped using my vaporizer after about 2 weeksle back because I got a blazing head ache from it (Was using 24mg so it might have been Nic overdose). I think I was having trouble gettign the dosing right... was WAY over vaping.

I smoke about 20-30 cigs per day... wondering how long a 30mil bottle lasts folks with the same analog habit? Trying to figure out cost.

I'm really curious to try Vapables new "Canadian Menthol" flavour. Not heard anything about it and it shows as out of stock but I am very intrigued.

jumpingjupiter I think with a 20-30 day habit 30ml should last you about 15 - 20 days? It really depends but I usually vape about 2-3 ml a day and can get around two and a bit weeks out of 30ml.

Has anyone tried "Flue cured"? I know I'm in the wrong thread, not having tried DuMaurier, flue cured is what resembles the most what a cigarette "used" to taste like.

The problem with trying to come up with a "tobacco" flavour, is that you were tasting burnt tobacco. Some even suggested to take ashes from an analog and use in their mix.

I can't smoke a specific "liquid" a all day. I carry 4-5 sticks at a time and vape what I wan't at that particular moment, of course each is mounted with a different flavoured cart and matching atty.

I have seen folks who have tried to make a tea concentrate out of analogs to vape. What are they trying to accomplish? 4000 + chemical tea, that's it. You are trying to vape what you are trying to escape.
