what is the shelf life and how to store e-juice

Greetings experts,
I am planning to start mixing juice and wanted to know how long I can store it for and how to store it (cool, dark space?). This info will help me decide the quantities I want to mix at a time. I haven't seen this question and I've been searching the forum for a couple of weeks. I apoligise if I missed this issue somehow.

Most of us haven't been vaping long enough to verify this but the standard answer is 18 to 24 months. That is what Dow Chem will say on their propylene glycol and glycerin. IF you have unflavored nic juice, you'll get longer life by not mixing it until you have to - and that has been said by some vendors I've talked to, to last 2 years. Again, ymmv and you must store it in a dark, cool and dry place, although you don't need a wine humidor I top off my bottles of juice (I have large quantities that I rebottle) so there is little or no air on top before putting the cap on.
