I've heard both good and bad about David Yang. I ordered from him because of his liquid prices and variety.

My order on Monday was my second order with David. My first order, the tracking didn't work either. After a while, David refunded my money as we did not know where the heck it went. I received the package about a week later! (I have about 70-80mls left) I'm trying to slowly stock up - and I have to pick and choose, to me - having liquid on hand is most important.
My last order was unflavored 36ml, I've been using it to mix up my own juice and I love it!
I TOTALLY agree about the liquid. That's why I ordered so much. ...Just in case.
The problems when they occur are international aren't they? Are we having any problems at all with orders coming in domestically?
Because if its just the stuff your getting from China, well that could end up stopping for a number of reasons that have nothing to do with e-cig regulations and everything to do with tarrifs, and world politicts.

I have my third small shipment coming in from Eastmall. I've ordered 3 times since March. It just cleared customs (all of my orders have only spent a day in customs with no problems noted) today so I should be receiving it in a day or two.
I ordered 2 packs (10 bottles) of 555 State express liquid and some more spare parts. I put in the order last week. You just need to be a little patient with Eastmall but they do a good job with automatic updates. I will always keep ordering from him as a result. I never had a real complaint so I don't know how he handles complaints regarding defects and such but the prices are so good that I'm not sure it would even be worth a future argument.
He even states on his website that it's best to keep the orders of liquid especially, small, to avoid any customs delays and that's what I'm pretty much doing. I never want to order just liquid by itself, I would get liquid plus parts. He seems to mark everything as "gift pens" or something

Ruyan is the best! My 40 kits 50 atoms and tons of other stuff I got today did sit in customs for 2 days, but got it.

Wow this really sucks. I've been ordering from beci at bestecig and have never had a problem. Than again i've never ordered more than a few at a time. Maybe smoking anywhere's lawsuit will make the FDA back off.
Don't count on it! More like the FDA will surround the place guns drawn. I was there when it happened in 2000 to Seasilver for unsubstantiated claims as well as consumer fraud.

I didn't hear about that one before but I just read about it. It seems they were saying their product had been "clinically proven to"... I don't think most e-cig sellers are making those kind of claims even though some of them are pushing it when they claim e-cigs are quit smoking devices. But with this government we have now it wouldn't surprise me.
The Chinese take their holidays serious. it will be several days after the holiday before anything gets moving again.

Cosican mentioned that to me last week. All I could find was the international labor day on the 1st. Maybe they celebrate it for the entire week?
1st and 2nd is a Friday & Saturday. Will not cause too much of a delay IMO. Absolutely ecigs also confirmed this. Basically, EMS is off for 2 days. The factories, possibly a week.
yeah, it's labor day over there this weekend. i had an email this morning from David Wang w/eastmall, and he told me they are closed til monday. apparently they normally work weekends. it's also on his website. it says you can log in, put items in your shopping cart and they will be held.......
so i did that, went back later and it was an empty shopping cart!
got an order from eastmall yesterday. several liquids and other items.
however, NONE of the liquids were labeled. just liquids in plastic bottles, and they're all about the same color. i'll have to figure them out by taste, since they were all for me anyway. and i don't mean drinking the stuff, i mean by putting it on a blank cart. that's why i had emailed david in the first place. i told him to caution his people! and he said he would, plus he will replace my liquids.....with my next order.
