What is this and can I mod / rebuild it?

Hi, I have this: Torpedo Chrome Clearomizer which tw calls a torpedo chrome cartomizer but, I think it's a stardust v3. I have seen that you can buy new centre bits (atomiser) for the stardust but is the tw one the same? Thanks, chiller

That is not the Stardust V3, I have 4 of the Stardust V3s and they don't look like that, however you could pretty much call it that, they're very similar. This is my stardust.
