It is confusing. Been at this 7 mnths and still learning. The best thing I can tell you is that you will get a lot of different feedback and options. In part because everyone will give you what works for them.
For clearomizers I would recommend the Kanger T2. It is the best one I have tried but the CE4 has a lot of fans and I haven't tried it. Phoenix bottom coils also have their fans. Haven't tried that one either.

to me, the phoenix bottom coil gives out the most vapor, and more importantly the best flavor!!! Of course, this is what works for me. I've tried the others excluding the imist (the reviews I seen for it were not great) and the bottom coil trumps all, for me. I believe the t2 I had was defective, so I have another on the way just to be sure. Atomizers / Clearomizers - Vaping Me best prices I have found for them so far.

I used the CE3's for over 4 months and love them. I do small tweaks such as trim the wicks and rock the tube depending on juice thicknes, but that's about it.
The wife and I are only a few days into these Kanger T2's and I gotta say they are impressing me more each day.
I would suggest cleaning the new heads prior to use as they were giving nasty dry hits until I cleaned them.

CE3's=1.3ml
Kanger T2's=2.4ml

Many good reviews on the smaller Kanger M3's, but you must use the supplied tip and they hold 1ml.

Choose your luggage....lol

The best clearomizer for your PV is probably the new vision V2/V3s (the ones with the replacable heads).

The T2, Vivi Nova, and Vivi Nova mini, are all TANKS.

Actually, the line between tanks and clearomizers has gotten kinda blured recently.

The difference is how much juice the thing holds.

The vision V2/V3s, hold 1.6 ml (as do the vision V1/V2s, the CE4s, etc), while the T2 and vivi nova mini, hold 2.5 ml, and the vivi nova, 3.5 ml.

So, whether a tank or a clearomizer, and which one of these, is more a matter of how you plan to use it.

If you are at the office all day and just vape one type of juice, then you probably wanna go for a tank, one that will last you all day.

On the other hand, if you vape lots of juice flavors, then something like the vision V2/V3s might be the best choice, as you can put different juices in differently colored units and carry them around, and they are a lot smaller than tanks.

For me, I *HATE* tanks (lol). I drip for the EJ that does not clog up atties, and otherwise I got a lot of vision V2/V3s each with a different juice, and I can carry 5 of them around with me in a small bubble pouch, and do not need or want the larger capacity that tanks bring.

But that is me and, to each their own.
