Clone. Popular clone brand back in the day. Rumor has it this cloner wasn't actually a manufacturer and all their stuff was made by a popular clone manufacturer that's still in business today (I don't think anyone actually verified that).
I honestly don't know. When I tried looking for the Solare on google I came across that Czech site and was surprised. IIRC they were made in China so it wouldn't surprise me if they just made a bunch and stuck whatever name plate you wanted on them.
Apollo had them on clearance in 2019 for $47 each which is cheaper than a dna 75 chip and screen. I grabbed a couple.
They take a 26650 or an 18650 w/adapter. Also takes up to a 30mm atty, of which I own none.

The intricate engravings are nothing short of spectacular. The largest is of military genius and hero, Admiral Yi Sun-shin, who is still revered today for rescuing Korea against overwhelming odds from Japanese invading forces in the late 1500s. His brainchild, the Turtle Ship, was so effective at annihilating the enemy that it was used in war for several hundred years after first appearing in the 16th century. The elaborate yin and yang dragon engraving on the firing button is equally impressive.
